Free-standing Lace Headband – JCW Madness!

Inspired by my new John Cooper Works Mini Cooper (coming soon), I designed and stitched a headband for the occasion. I used Embroidery 5D Professional Software to digitize the design, first creating a single “wheel” and then using the Encore option to duplicate it 11 times. I reduced the gap so that the designs would overlap, which created a structurally sound string for the headband. Key stitches and fill-patterns used (density 2 with underlay where possible): cross-hatch, satin line with embossing, single stitch, and satin area.
